國立成功大學機構典藏:Item 987654321/156613www.shan-machinery.com請使用永久網址來引用或連結此文件:http://ir.lib.ncku.edu.tw/handle/987654321/156613題名: 六週核心肌群與髖關節穩定訓練對年輕排球員下肢肌力、關節角度及運動表現之影響其他題名: Effects of 6-weeks core and hip stabilization training on lower extremity musclesjointsand sport performance in young volleyball players作者: 賈智傑Chia, Chih-Chieh貢獻者: 物理治療學系蔡一如Tsai, Yi-Ju關鍵詞: 核心肌群訓練膝關節運動傷害肌力下肢生物力學運動表現Core trainingKnee injuryStrengthBiomechanicsSport performance日期: 2015-09-03上傳時間: 2015-12-17 16:12:45(UTC+8)摘要: 背景與目的: 膝關節的傷害為排球員常見的運動傷害之一,對運動員的影響不容忽視,而其中又以前十字韌帶與髕骨股骨疼痛症候群較為常見,近日的研究顯示,這類傷害的造成可歸因於許多因素: 過多的髖關節內收與股骨內轉、過多的膝關節外翻與被動旋轉,亦有許多研究指出,軀幹過多的動作或是核心肌群的控制力不足,可能為導致運動員在訓練和比賽時發生這類膝關節傷害的關鍵因素。綜觀以上,一套預防性運動訓練,結合核心肌群及髖關節穩定運動的訓練,針對上述的因素予以補強而同時能增強運動員的運動表現,對於運動員及相關體育訓練人員,將是不可或缺的。然而,目前為止這類的研究及不同種訓練成效仍尚未得到明確的證實,因此本研究的目的即是探討一為期六週的核心肌群及髖關節穩定運動的訓練對於下肢肌力、關節角度與運動表現對於運動員的影響。研究方法: 共16名年輕男性排球員參與本實驗,受測者在訓練的前後分別執行等速肌力、落地時關節角度與運動表現測試,透過等速肌力儀、力板與三維動態評估分析系統取得相關參數,另外並測試受試者跳躍力、跑步速度與平衡能力表現。結果: 經過六週訓練,受試者在下肢髖關節與膝關節肌力皆有顯著進步,而在動作表現上,落地時的關節角度亦有觀察到多餘的軀幹動作減少、下肢膝關節旋轉角度減少的情況,然而在提升運動表現上,則無觀察到統計上顯著的差異。結論: 六週的核心及髖關節穩定運動訓練,對於運動員在落地時的肌肉力量與動作模式有顯著的改善,對於降低膝關節傷害將有正面的效益,然而在提升運動表現上,效果則較不顯著。本篇研究的結果,可提供未來設計運動訓練計畫的參考與方向,同時也需要更多相關訓練模式與強度的研究探討。Background and Purpose: Knee injuries such as anterior cruciate ligament injuries and patella-femoral pain syndrome are commonly seen in volleyball playersValgus position and momentum of lower extremitiesincluding knee abductionknee internal rotationhip adduction and hip internal rotationare considered as primary risk factors of ACL and PFPS injuryDeficits of core stability and altered trunk alignment were also observed in athletes with knee injuriesImproving core stability and proximal joint control is thus believed to be able to reduce knee injuries and even improve sports performanceThe main purpose of this study was to determine the effects of 6-weeks core and hip stabilization training program on lower extremity muscle strength and sports performance in young male volleyball playersMethods: A total of 16 participants were recruited from Cian-Jhen junior high school volleyball teamBefore and after-interventionall participants received isokinetic strength testing for major lower extremity muscle groupskinematics of lower extremitiesand several sports performanceThe 6 weeks training program was progressed by three stagesfocusing on muscles like transversus abdominismultifidusgulteal and pelvic floor musclesPaired t-tests were used to compare the pre- and post- data using the SPSS Statistics 17 0 software (SPSSChicagoIL)Results: After trainingthe isokintic strength shows significant improvement on hip flexor and external rotatorknee flexor and extensor of dominant leg and hip extensorinternal rotator and knee extensor on non-dominant legThe kinematics of lower extremities also shows positive change of movement pattern on knee internal rotation and trunk deviations during landing during landing tasksHoweverthe results of sports performance shows no significant improved after trainingDiscussions: The results of this study provided the evidence for core combined with hip stabilization training to improve lower extremity strengthkinematics of lower extremities and potentially enhance sports performance in young male volleyball playersResearching is needed for more informationSuch program may be beneficial for reduced knee injuries; howeverthis notion still needs further investigation顯示於類別:[醫學院物理治療學系] 博碩士論文
